Need help leaving a 'Disabled' platoon

I'm currently in a platoon that was disabled due to the name. I need platoon space and I can't seem to leave it.

The 'Leave platoon' doesn't seem to  perform any action!

If a moderator could please remove me from this platoon or remove the platoon itself that would be appreciated!

    Unfortunately, moderators cannot and will not be able to remove you from this platoon due to the fact that they have to investigate the platoon before anyone can leave it.

    There isn't really a time of how long it may take, but it shouldn't take too long.
