New Item Highlights (Xbox One)

Every time I log on to Battlefield, almost every item that I have is highlighted as though it were recently unlocked. This includes weapons, gadgets, camoflages, field upgrades, and dogtags. I have no idea what is actually new versus what I used to have, and I'm frankly tired of having to go into the test range to clear it all up from every weapon just so that I can see what I've actually unlocked during my play sessions. Along with this, there are also issues with changes made to kits in-game not staying when a new round starts or I join a different server. It also goes the same for Battlelog updates to loadouts.
