Hello @woodsman27
Have you tried to restart you router? Power cycle you console can also solve this. But you need to turn it off and unplug from power source for a few minutes. Turn it on again and try to get online. Finally you can perform the Factory Reset http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults to fix this.
We also have this article of Xbox connectivity troubleshooting
Cheers,
Archi
- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoI have tried everything you have posted to do other than the factory reset. It is a brand new consol, I don't see how doing a reset would change anything other than have to wait for hours for my downloads to re download. I am waiting for a call from EA now. It said 15 minutes 30 minz ago

Hello, I am also having the exact same issue and I have been trying to figure out the problem for a couple days now, even did an online chat with a tech guy for an hour and still nothing. I would appreciate it if you could share any info you may receive from that phone call if it works out for you.

Hey Guys...I called Playstaion probably for your it will be Microsoft but they told me most of the connection issues was due to infinity not having open ports on the modem/router. I have a cisco router so i had to contact them for support. I opened all ports for UDP and still no luck connecting to the servers on the PS4 side. I understand that you have xbox but if you come to a resolution let me know what that would be hopefully i can apply that with my issue.
Thanks
