Nivelle Nights map with BF1 Standard Edition

I have Battlefield 1 Standard Edition without Premium Pass.
The Nivelle Nights maps is free for all BF1 players in all game modes.

Nivelle Nights is now available for all Battlefield™ 1™ players. Previously released as a bonus map for Battlefield 1 Premium Pass owners, Nivelle Nights is the first night map of Battlefield 1 and drops you onto the muddy battlefields around Malmaison and Soupir in a bitter clash between the French and German army.

I can join to the Nivelle Nights servers with the following game modes:

My problem is i can't join to the Nivelle Nights servers with the following server settings (prefix):

Frontlines - Nivelle Nights

[MIXED] Official - RUSH
Rush - Nivelle Nights

[MIXED] Official - WP
War Pigeon - Nivelle Nights

In addition, I can't connect to the private servers running the Nivelle Nights map.
My question is, if the Nivelle Nights map is free for all BF1 players, why am i restricted with the Battlefield 1 Standard Edition (without Premium Pass)?
