Progress for killing enemies works, ordinary boxes (for conquest, etc.) are given, but battlepacks are not given for completed operations (at the moment, Kaiserschlacht, Beyond the Marne), while it shows that I passed the operation, went through the operation three times and I didn't receive a single box.
I cleared the cache in the EA app, didn't help.
The last two days there have been no problems with opening battlepacks. The topic can be closed.

Operation Campaigns are time-limited events that requires the player to play on selected Operations and earn 25,000 points on each Operation to receive a special Battlepack and a puzzle piece.Beginning of the End is the fourth Operation Campaign combined between Kaiserschlacht and Beyond the Marne.
Yeah something is messed up for me also. I got one, but last round eventhough I had over 50k points it didnt register for Marne. Also my packs sometime look like they dont open, after game restart they sometime open sometimes no. And my normal pack progress cannot be seen in that menu after match, but can be seen when I go on battlepacks page. And game also gets that connecting thing longer than usual when starting game. Dont know what messed things up but started after that yesterday problem. And scrapping sometimes work, sometimes I need to try it few times before game decides to do it.
* this game! I got Ops battlepack, tired to open it, game goes to infinite spining circle and I get nothing, lost all drop to nothing, for real * this game!
The game is TOTALLY messed up for me, reached daily limit in packs, didnt recieve second one, opened normal one and that also dissapeared and I got nothing. Tried verifying files, restarting nothing helps...its messed up with packs since that day game went offline, but today game stole 3 packs from me and I got nothing.
And then game suddenly gives me guns for 2 packs but it still stole one Ops pack, its sooo random, sometimes it works, sometimes I literally cannot open any packs after 10 retries and game restarts, then it just remebers I tried opening them and opens it when Im not even on battlepacks or inventory menu. That friday offline thing messed some thing up for me at least.

the problem is at 03:30 scene
i open the operations battlepack, my scraps counter is 49255
i click the open button, and infinite loading circle appears
my scraps counter remains unchanged (49255), but the the operations battlepack is gone
I can't get any progress after playing base maps on any game mode. Only get battlepack progress on DLC maps. Seems like the entire battlepack program is a freaking mess.
