No bi-weekly Operations update?

The bi-weekly Operations just ended yesterday and the new one isn't showing for me. When I click on the Operation menu, usually there's a window at the bottom right of the screen that shows the current Operations progress (to earn the Operation Battlepack) but nothing shows up now. Just wondering if anyone has the same issue. It's been a while since I played, only just started playing again but I remember it used to switch over instantly, no?

    So we get no way to earn an Operations Battlepack at all?

    @VO1DK1N6 No :/, keep in mind , sometimes it also happens that Operation updates, but Operation packs dont work, you dont get it after you collect enough points, you get regular pack. So unfortunately with this game you have to have patience. Important thing is they do fix everything in reasonable time.

    I appreciate the reply. This sucks, though. And they ain't fixing this game, no chance. Oh well.

    any tips for the next Operation campaign?

    (which op campaign, how many days break, ...)

    2024.05.28 "Fire and Ice" has started (33 days long)

    2024.07.01 "Fire and Ice" is over

    2024.07.23 "Eastern Storm" has started (33 days long)

    2024.08.26 "Eastern Storm" is over

    Not sure what you're asking here but are you saying the Operations last 33 days now instead of what once was 15 days?
