No credit for completing campaign

So i spent 2 hours on hold to get no answer from tech support... But a few weeks ago i completed the campiagn (finally, see i dont care for single player) and well i never got my dam m249.  I sent Irish to his death on the final decision and beat the gaem, watch 30 minutes worth of credits and nothign SAVED!!!!! I asked for help and i got nothing. I was told by a tech name ERIC to write a post on the forums since he couldnt help me!!!

I want the dam m249, i worked for it and wll im not doing the campaign over again to get it....

    You need to play the last part 3x once you hold C4 then play again and then give the chick the C4 and like you did give the guy the C4. So ya pain it is but last area must be played 3x with C4 going to each one then after 3rd time playing it gun will unlock. And makes no difference what order you do it in.

    also make sure when you do it to do it on the same save and not make another copy of the save or it does that count towards you player card it bascially vanishes
