No download option for battlefield 4 Please Help

I preordered battlefield 4 a few months ago and It didnt show up in my library I thought nothing of it so I just waited for it to come out and i thought it would appear in my library. I was wrong today I log on to origins to find the game not in my library or in my order history. I go on battlelog and under my name it says bf4 preorder. Yet &nbsp;I never recieved an option to download it Please help

I'm also having this same exact problem. I tried manually uninstalling Origin and then reinstalling and that didn't work.

I may have found the problem. Apparently, the Premium preorder was not for the game itself, but an overpriced shortcut bundle for the expansion packs and other stuff. This is unlike the BF3 Premium which was the base game plus premium membership. BF4 premium is apprently the cost of a full game by itself without actually being the full game.
