No fiends list, no voice commands.

So since launch I haven't had voice commands, the. A few months ago I believe after one of the patches l lost my bf4 friends list.... They show up on the main bf4 screen saying people are playing. So I goto multiplayer and it will either show only 1 person playing or none, before anyone says maybe they are all playing together, they aren't.. Lol

I figured if I uninstall the game and reinstall maybe it will fix it... Nope. So it's on you EA/Dice. Please help
