If your Ping is fine so i guess you always play on the servers right for your Region.
I mean around 100 Ping shouldn't be a big problem, but if some of them are really high it could be the case. And even the whole Server Performance could get influenced by that.
Could be happening like, you hit the enemy right at his body but in the case of his connection to the server he would actually be at another position at this point.
I mean i'm not sure if that really is the case but for me it seems to be a connection issue between players and the server. Even if it happens randomly and sometimes more and sometimes less often.

It mostly happened after the last patch came out. It probably is connection problems but don't get lag or rubber banding. Thanks for your help and time.

It might could be a issue with the last patch if you just started realizing that afterwards.
But LAG and all that doesn't need to happen as well in your case.
As i said, if your Ping is fine and the other player has a high one, you wouldn't feel a different gameplay. It's just like your screen shows the enemy somewhere else than he actually is for himself, and otherwise.
Just more high Ping players on the Server could influence the gameplay really.

Hey @DOEFC You don't happen to have a video of the issue or a recording?
Do you play on wifi?
What you can do is power cycle the console to clear away any temporary files that may cause any issue with BF1.
How to Power Cycle:- Turn off and/or unplug the device.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug in the device and/or turn it back on

No sorry as I think about recording my game play I play using the Ethernet cable.
I'm out of ideas, sry.
I just don't get it, if it's about the Update(maybe) why it should just influence you? Cause i'm also on PS4 and don't have any Game issues atm.
