Or in case it's supposed to stay shut down, they hopefully just switch the phantom assignment Skull to any other Tab of Battlelog to be able to access it for people that later on want to start the phantom program.

I can confirm that the leaderboard functionality within Battlelog has now come to its end of service, as a result of this, the step required to progress your Phantom Program assignment has now moved to a different page within Battlelog! Eyes peeled on where that is! 👀
At least I answered your question and showed you that yes indeed, you still have access to the leadership boards...
That you now dispute what they show is an entirely different matter. ;o)
And that is obviously not exactly anything in my control but happy to try and help you to figure out what is really working here or if some of the Battlelog counters/rankings are still not functioning as intended...
So first, suggest that we look at your own soldier profile to see where you are in the Commander Score:
And here your total Commander score is: 17,659,000.
So then you will need to log on to your own Battlelog with your Xbox360 soldier profile to check this out, as I am unfortunately in the PS4 world only, and that is a different world so to speak for the leaderboards. Each platform have their separate rankings. Aka here you see my Commander Leaderboard list and all soldiers listed here are only from the PS4 platform. (so not the XboxOne either).
So now try yourself and open the Xbox360 Leadership dashboard that you have access to and then share a screenshot with us here on how it looks like around the scoring that you have yourself please for the Xbox360 world.
