No option to kick players
I am the server owner. While in the game I have the option to ban a player but not an option to kick a player from the server. Also sometimes the server owner is listed as DICE?

Are you using the "official" preset or the "ranked" preset? If you use the official preset you get the quick match traffic, but it severely limits what you can do as an admin. If you want to have full control of your server change the preset to ranked instead of official. This is a change from BF3 that was started in BF4 and continued with hardline.
