No ping on Battlelog for BF3 & BF4 with Chrome

I play BF4 on Chrome and have no problem. Perhaps some detail of you equipment and connection etc would help.

I know I can not play BF4 through Battlelog alone, the BF4 app must be running as well.

    It just got stuck as per screenshot below despite the EA app is already running
