no redeem code in battlefield 4 case

yeah so i pre-ordered bf4 months ago from a local gamestore(gamestop)and i pre-ordered for the simple fact they were giving awat China Rising for free with the pro-order..so i took the deal so now that the China Rising content has came out i look in the case to find the redeem code and there isnt one...so how im i to DL it with no code..aLITTLE HELP PLEASE!!!!
