No spectator slot available
We just bought a new server and I've just transfered the settings from our old server to the new.

As you can see, it says that it have 2 spectator slots open, but when i try to connect it gives me the error message:
No spectator slots available
The server do not allow public spectators and I am specified in the spectator list.
I'm also able to join the server as a player, but not as a spectator.

Anyone know what the issue may be?
