What do I do if i have an Intel(R) HD Graphics Card?
iLevx, what intel card you got? The game is really meant to run on dedicated AMD/Nvidia cards................

Hi again, your graphics card should be called something such as Intel HD 3000 or HD 4000.
The game will not run very well at all for you. You could try setting everything to low in the graphics settings in-game.

The only thing I can find is
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2020T @ 2.50GHz (2 CPUs)
and
Intel(R) HD Graphics
