I agree there is mush to be said about there about the game balance in general and the bullet damage system. But being as it is i guess i kinda got used to it after all the time i have spent playing. Dough most FPS games lack this we still choose to play them sometimes for the graphics other times just for the fun. You should try Operations Campaigns to unlock some treasure for a few weeks and im pretty sure you will be thrown around from left to right inbetween each round just by team balance and "having the right weapon for the job".

Damage model of all the weapons in Battlefield 1 doesn't change based on your ping. Time don’t equal skill or even an advantage on the battlefield, just because you played allot doesn't mean you’re the best player out there.

The experience that you are describing could be a network issue to the server, do you ever get any of the icons up in the right corner of the screen?

I’m far from the best player to start off with. I have just played alot, though you’re right it doesn’t mean my skill equals time played. My network and ping etc is not the issue. No icons top right, (circle with arrows, server icon etc).  I am also aware of weapon and class balancing. I previously attempted to explain to the best of my abilities that my issue is with noobs. Lower rank players have “an edge” on higher ranked players otherwise it would suck for them since higher ranked players are used to the mechanics and dynamics of the gameplay therefore they would not have a good experience and quit game/franchise. So, marketing-wise not playable or fun for them. I understand that, and I agree. However, the balancing or “edge” or “handicap”, or whatever gamer term exists for that is way off. My TTK is ridicoulously high compared to newer players which as a matter of fact was not an issue before the free dlc’s. I NEVER have this problem when in conflict with higher or same ranked players whether I kill or die. I win some, I lose some but it was a fair one vs one confrontation. Not the case with noobs. Not a fair fight in some instances which hinders the gaming experience. I’ve played elite, competitive sports all my life and you can lose with pride when it was lost fair and square but I feel I’m being compromised in certain conflicts so noobs can rank up faster. 

As I said previously it’s a theory and not an accusation but something happened when the free dlc’s started coming out. I haven’t had this issue for close to 900 hrs played. 

I can confirm that there is no advantage for any new players that join Battlefield. There is no difference if you have played 1 hour or 1000 hours. Same with rank's, you can be rank 0 or 150. Nothing changes its an equal battlefield for everyone.

With all due respect, I beg to differ. Not from what I’ve seen and other players relating exact same issue. I’d like to hear what Dice has to say. Nice cover up. I don’t have  all the info but some gaming blog/review sites are confirming my theory soo....you might want to go higher up in the food chain before giving a PR answer. Thx
