Not being able to move,shoot,etc. in Battlefield 3

i am not being able to walk or do anything for that matter in battlefield 3 multiplayer
So,i can join a game,deploy,but none of my buttons work.I can't move,i can't shoot,i can't switch weapons,i can't throw grenades,etc.The glitch happens on every map

pleaseeeeeeeeee,i need your help.I just got the ultimate editiona,since it was recommended to me,and i was really hyped.And that glitch completly ruined it all

    Hi @diiiver
    Your issue seems to be related to a conflict of some gaming device, but I haven't found any conflicts in your dxdiag.
    We can test (underline is a test) to install a dummy controller driver.

    so,i searched around the internet to find how to set up a dummy controller,but it is still not clear to me.I only found articles and videos on how to set up a xb0x360 controller with it.Since i am not expirienced with emulators,controllers set up etc.,i wanted to ask for a little bit of help.It would be greatly apriciated if you can help me out with that even the slightest!
