Someone from corporate EA support managed to finally receive my case and provided the Ultimate Unlock Bundle to my account to counter the issue which did work to release the two guns I was unable to buy. The bug itself is likely still in the game however.
I managed to acquire a response via chat with a Game Adviser. I was basically (but politely) told to go F@%# myself. They have no timetable on when it will be resolved. They told me to come here, to the forums. Not exactly sure what they expected me to find here (other than other sorry SOBs). We paid a fair price for the product and have been cheated. We followed the rules, but are just "unlucky" enough to not reap the full benefits.
This is shoddy work from EA. My dissatisfaction is not unfounded, and neither is yours
Ya, same here. I'm level 82 with 180 war bonds and can't buy the last 4 gun. This is really dumb to have missing content for a triple A title.
