I may be wrong because I'm still low level, but I believe seeing you get warbonds for getting service stars on weapons so by being proficient with weapons of choice or trying to get service stars on multiple weapons you should be able to gain enough warbonds.

Nope sry, you only get Warbonds for Level Up. For nothing else.
And at lvl 70 the Game stop giving you any, because you should have enough to buy everything.
If you miss some, pls contact the Support!
