if you should encounter this issue - please check the following:
You do not receive any warbonds past level 70. If you're at level 70 and should be missing warbonds to purchase weapons, please do note the EXACT AMOUNT of warbonds you are missing.
Having done so, reach out to an EA Advisor, let them know which account you're playing on, that you leveled past 70 and are missing warbonds, they should be able to assist you then.
Start here and categorize your case as shown in the picture. This would show me both callback and chat options.

I did this and they said there was nothing they could do t help me.
- But normally they should be able to.
Please keep trying to contact them. 🙂I only recently came across this thread, and the stickied one at the top of the forum. I wanted to let you know that I have tried contacting EA Support about this. I included screenshots and everything. They claim there is nothing they could do about it, and disconnected me from the chat without warning or formerly concluding the chat. At this point in time, I honestly don't know where to go to get this problem resolved.
