I only recently came across this thread, and the stickied one at the top of the forum. I wanted to let you know that I have tried contacting EA Support about this. I included screenshots and everything. They claim there is nothing they could do about it, and disconnected me from the chat without warning or formerly concluding the chat. At this point in time, I honestly don't know where to go to get this problem resolved.
