not playing in 1080P on ps3

Battlefield 4 doesn't run 60 FPS on ps3 or Xbox 360. At all. No matter what you do.

It is simple Sony allows EA to print lies on the game box.As per the Sony rep

Every other PS3 game I have plays in the resolution stated on the back of the box except battlefield 4."*Video output in 1080p requires an HDMI cable and a 1080p native display with an HDMI input supporting HDCP" It does not say anywhere what the * means.So I buy a brand new HDCP 1080p tv still no 1080p on Battlefield 4.

So I guess the * means to play in 1080p you need to buy games from a more honest publisher.

Didn't the last patch take the resolution down to 780p to help solve some of the connectivity issues? I had read this on the forums about a month ago.
