Not receiving hell fighter pack

this happened to me too on xbox1. during the download of the base game i also downloaded the hell fighter pack add on simultaneously so i can play quicker. but when i went on thee game it gave me nothing from the hell fighter pack that i payed extra $ for. when i went to retype the code for the add on in the store, it said the was already used. i uninstalled and reinstalled the hell fighter pack but still received nothing. EA PLEASE FIX THIS FOR ME AND MY MAN OVER HERE CUZ WE ARE NOT happy! thank you

The easiest place to check in the customize menu, check for the Hellfighter Bolo knife.

I have the same problem, with a DLC key from HRKGame : I did put both keys at the same time, and I can't see the pack, even in the customize section.

@SushiOverdose Was this on PC? Did you download the pack from the Extra Content page for the game on Origin?

Click the game panel then the Extra Content tab, scroll down and you should see the Hellfighter pack. 

Thanks for the confirmation, that's perfectly fine. There has been some confusion over the current Customize menu, so you're not alone in this.

Well I bought the pre-order through TESCO and don't have the Hell fighter pack...................... and no it isn't in the "extra content" section on Origin or in the customize section in game.................. would be nice to have what I bought and therefore EA contracted to give me...........................

This problem happen to me too. I pre-ordered the standard edition before the official release but to this day I still not yet received the Hellfighter pack. I've been trying to do a live chat with game advisors but I didn't even manage to connect for hours. Is there any other way to solve this?
