Hello David. It was on PC but in fact I've managed to find the items last night. So I apologize, this is my first BF since BF 1942 so everything's pretty new for me.

Community Admin@SushiOverdose Was this on PC? Did you download the pack from the Extra Content page for the game on Origin?
Click the game panel then the Extra Content tab, scroll down and you should see the Hellfighter pack.

Community AdminThanks for the confirmation, that's perfectly fine. There has been some confusion over the current Customize menu, so you're not alone in this.
