Not receiving M93R MASTER DOG TAG

I have completed the 500 kills required to unlock this dogtag weeks ago. Now i'm with 753 and yet nothing happens.
As far as i searched, dozens of people have the same problem with other dogtags, even dogtags you unlock when leveling (lvl 10, 25, 50, 75, 100).
And no answers or any kind of contact from EA. I know this is a silly issue and maybe it isn't the focus to solve it right now, but not receiving contents from the game, even a simple custamization, is a big fault. I hope they fix it.

EDIT:
I think I found out the problem. The name of the weapons ingame and at STATS tab aren't the same of the dogtags.
For example, I have 673 kills with TYPE-95B-1, but there is no such weapon listed at the dogtags. 
Same goes for the 93R pistol. In the dogtag list it is actually M93R.

The problem goes on to other weapons like ACE 23, DBV-12, SVD-12, AKU-12. No dogtags at all. There's probably more, but I don't have tha patience to check.
Pretty sure this is the issue, as the dogtags track the variables from the items listed in the STATS tab. Of course it is a bug, so it doesn't happen all the time. There are players who have no problems at all.
