Not recieving xp for conquest service stars bf4

Hi. I am having a problem the conquest service stars for battlefield 4.Once double xp started on 10/26 I stopped recieving service stars for conquest in game. my battlelog is showing that I got 7 service stars since double xp started but it isn't credited in my game activity or battle feed. I thought it might be a problem with double xp but when getting yet another service star withuot credit anywhere except my overview page some thing has to be wrong and I don't know what. So far I should have gained 150,000 xp for the service stars I didn't get credit for. If you could please follow up on this it would be great. My platoon likes to play conquest and if I can't get credit then I won't be playing conquest anymore.
