Not touched anything but now "missing multiplayer privileges"?
I pre-ordered BFV a little while ago via xbox live. Having played BF1 online 2 days ago, i thought i'd try the Beta for BFV. Downloaded it all, then when going into it, it says unable to connect and i'm "missing multiplayer privileges".
Just tried loading BF1 again, and this is now offline and says exactly the same thing. I hadn't touched any other game, nor even unplugged the console since playing BF1 online 2 days ago... but now I find myself without ANY access online to BF1 or the Beta BFV??
I've gone through all of the advice i can find online, carried out a reset on the console, and reinstalled everything. I have xbox live gold.
So what can i do to make this work? I'm frustrated that whatever EA appear to be doing has also knocked off any access to BF1?
- Anonymous8 years agoThis issue is with the Xbox power supply itself, Xbox support gave me the fix:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 3 minutes.
Important Be sure to wait 3 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
