Objective glitch on Young Men's Work

Summarize your bug Stachels dissappear and enemies respawn on Young Men's Work if you kill everyone but don't send the messages. Essentially, I picked up the last one and sent it after clearing the map and getting collectibles (I was trying to avoid a point of no return). When I did that it did the cut scene then respawned the enemies at the other 2 bases and resets the objectives. When you kill the commanders again the marker for the stachel appears but it's not there and you can't pick it up. Had to restart the mission all over again and send each message after I picked it up before moving on.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Clear the map, kill the commanders, and pick up their stachels but don't send any until you get all 3. When you send one the glitch happens.
