OK, I'm in the minority here but due to my location I can only play BF4 using a Verizon MiFi (mobile broadband), which woorks great BTW. My problem is that I have a data plan usage cap. Is there a way that I can download the larger (over 1GB) updates and/or expansion packs from another PC, put them on a flash drive, and install them at home? I cannot find any answers anywhere on this issue.

Ok this is harsh all I can think of for you ....
If your BF4 is NOT on your C drive......Pull out your H/D with with BF4 on it and take it to a mates house put it in his box to update the game. :/ Edit...Most easy way with less chance of errors just take your PC to a mates house and update this way. If I can find anything on this I will post back.
