Online features unavailable
Hi I purchased battlefield 1 a couple of weeks ago as a download on xbox one. When I go to multi player it just says online features will be unavailable. Please try again. It says see http://help.e...
- Please try these things (no particular order):
1) hard reset your console, hold down the power button until it powers off then back on.
2) check that you're gold membership is not expired and that the account your using is an 'adult' account.
3) at the title screen for the game, log out of your profile and then log back in
4) delete then reinstall Battlefield from your Xbox
