Online Features Will Be Unavailable.Please Try Again (1000)

I don't know what platform you play on, but I get thsese problems on PS4. It isn't to common but when I do its because of a storm or my wi-fi just went out. 

I disconnect either instantly after joining a game or 5-10 minutes, i just want a refund at this point, if i cant even play online whats the point? Other games work perfectly fine in multiplayer too.

@fhuck-you-pay-me As the previous post stated we need some basic information in order to assist you such as on which of the three platforms you are playing, are you on wireless or a wired connection and what have you tried so far in order to troubleshoot your issue.

I'm playing on PC, wireless connection that I rarely have problems with (only during bad storms). I tried diagnosing my connection, restarting router, etc. It was fine, so I tried other MP games, had no problems with them.

please also try to forward the ports applicable for Battlefield 1 as described in this helpEA article.

 I tried, i had it set on 80, 443, 5222, 9988, still got disconnected quickly after entering a game. 

I managed to stay in over 10 minutes this time, but afterward i got stuck on a black screen, opened game again, and every server is empty..so far this has been a complete waste of my time. 

I get this constantly on Xbox One, seems to happen when I start up my system and immediately try to play BF4 - it loads from previous login session and hangs up somewhere during connecting to EA servers. Quit/restart the game solves issue. Problem is not exclusive to BF4 and happens on my PC, so I think it has to with Windows. Easy fix though...just pretend its 1999 and close everything before shutting down!`

I just quit the game and restarted and it worked
