online game problem (cant move in online matches)

I have Hughesnet satellite internet connected via cord to the router. When I open multiplayer I can find matches fine and everything... But when I hit deploy in a match, the game wont let me move any...

I am really sorry for those connection troubles with Battlefield 4. Can you first try to perform troubleshooting steps, mentioned in this article here on the most common connection problems and the ways to solve them. Keep us posted on your progress.
