Online Pass for BF3 on xbox one

Every time i try to join multiplayer BF3 on xbox one it asks about an online pass. When i go to the store it tells that the contents aren't available. I have a previous pogress in BF3 on the sams prof...

How do you get that to pop up? Mine just says check your connection but my internet is fine...
