online servers for xbox 1

For the last.week, on xbox one, whenever i join a server on bf4 it lets me play for a littlebit, then the screen goes black n im told ive lost connection with EA servers...ive lost great scores bc your servers keep booting me.. N then recently ive tried to play Madden, both on n offline, n it stays on the loading screen, then says cannot retrieve data on EA servers and keeos having me resign in with my gamer .tag.... Can u please help, im getting mighty pissed off mighty quick... Ty
