Operation Metro Xbox 360

This map freezes every time I play it. Was just having a really good match and it froze on me again playing rush mode. It seems to freeze in rush mode moreoften. It only seems to freeze when pushing past the second objective on rush. This is the only map that freezes on me currently.

  • Try clearing your system cache:
    1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
    2) Select System Settings.
    3) Select Storage.
    4) Highlight Hard Drive Device.
    5) Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
    6) Reboot your console.
    7) Re-download the updates for the game.

    Your game save data may be corrupted and needs to be deleted.

    Here's how you get to your game save, and delete it:

    System Settings > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Battlefield 4 > PROFILE SAVE DATA > Delete

    You won't lose Premium or anything else besides your campaign progress. A new un-corrupted game save will be created automatically the next time you play Battlefield 4.

    Note:
    You will have to change your settings one last time once you delete the game save, but from then on out you shouldn't have to again.

  • I tried this and then went into a game of operation metro rush and the game froze after about 3 minutes. How can I go about seeking a refund for my premium seeing as how I cannot play on certain maps that I paid additional fee's for?

    DLC is non-refundable unfortunately.

    Make sure you tried to clear your cache at least 3 times, then restart the console. I would also recommend deleting your account (Account only, not items) and downloading it again.
