I think they don't care anymore since the game is already 6 years old and they can't make more money out of this game.
It should be updated with the exchange, that's what it's supposed to happen, but in this case they updated the exchange and ignored the operations campaign ☹️
EA fix this please, my main income of scraps is through operations campaign. ☹️
