Hello! After the end of the of the previous operations campaign, "Fall of Empires", the next one "Fire and Ice" did not come up. I have been waiting for two weeks now but in fact no operations campaign is available at all. The only reason I am so worried is because the Fire and Ice codex entry is the last one I need to collect them all. Please bring them back

Surprised to see you need Fire and Ice, it was basically the only campaign we could play for months lol.
Might be easier to ask a community manager like Jeff or Dan on Twitter when we can see another - they are usually in the know.
They don't always start another Ops. Camp. right after the other. might be a week. when the mode was first introduced it was a new one every week.
I am really desperate to collect all the codex entries. Especially now that I am missing only that one. Could you please let me know in whose twitter page I should post to?
Furthermore operation campaign was a good way to receive operation battlepacks.

Well, I contacted EA support and they were totally ignorant of the fact that op campaigns have stopped. Furthermore they did not help at all. I hope that someone in the right position will see this discussion and bring the mode back. Otherwise I dont know what else can be done.
Oh support isn't in charge of that sort of thing.

Dan and Jeff are community managers, and I can't exactly remember Jaq's title now after he switched, but they *might* have info. Nothing guaranteed but I hope they will be able to help you out. Good luck.
