Summarize your bug What happens is I finish a map in Operations, after the ending bit for the map runs and fades into the load screen for the next map, the black screen and loading indicator never goes away and I have to use Task Manager to kill the process.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This happens only when loading the next map in a single Operation, not between Operations. Play a round of Operations and get to the next map in the Operation.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the end screen for that map ends and starts loading the next map, the black screen and loading indicator never goes away and I have to use Task Manager to kill the process.

This clearly does not happen to everyone, but for myself this is destroying the experience as I cannot receive the end of round bonus for Operations or receive score towards the Operation Campaign Battlepack, as most rounds of Operations will go on into the next map.
For the time being I have solved this problem by turning off cloud sync in origin app. While I was starting the game, I was asked to choose one of the saving store which is either cloud sync in Origin or the one on my laptop. If you turn off the cloud sync in Origin app, then your computer will stay alone itself who stores all your progress. I assume that our problem was because with the last update our computer or the game couldn't reach the cloud sync of ours in Origin and it crashed, so we couldn't get through the new round. So I hope this will work for you as well...
