Summarize your bug At the end of a match when it goes to transfer into the new map a black screen occurs with a loading symbol in the top right hand corner, this happens at the end of every match i play

Summarize your bug After i finish a game of conquest, when its goes into the screen to change the map, it freezes with a black screen with the loading wheel in the top right hand corner after every game. I tried to restore my licenses and even tried to re-download the game and im still having the same issue after every game. Im playing on ps4, please get this issue fixed i just fot2the premium pass ans would like to enjoy the money i spent on it. Thanks 🙂

For the time being I have solved this problem by turning off cloud sync in origin app. While I was starting the game, I was asked to choose one of the saving store which is either cloud sync in Origin or the one on my laptop. If you turn off the cloud sync in Origin app, then your computer will stay alone itself who stores all your progress. I assume that our problem was because with the last update our computer or the game couldn't reach the cloud sync of ours in Origin and it crashed, so we couldn't get through the new round. So I hope this will work for you as well...
I had this problem last night. Finished the one operation and it when into a black screen with loading wheel and wouldn't load the next. had to close the program.
