Operations/Conquest not loading next map

What happens is I finish a map in Operations, after the ending bit for the map runs and fades into the load screen for the next map, the black screen and loading indicator never goes away and I have ...

Hey, @Karrygan54 @Ours_Bleu_FR we have seen this popping up and we are looking into the issue, what game mode and platform does this happen for you?

Battlefield One on Xbox One, same problem. Most of the time its after every round, but yesterday was able to go 4 rounds before it happened again.
