I have the same exact problem, it is really annoying, this game still looks like a beta version to me, it has lots of bugs, i can take most of them, but this one makes the game unplayable, i'm tired of getting this screen

issue persists, 1 full month and counting ……….
Is there any fix that actually works for this - so annoying, just tried the last fix - disabling cloud save, no difference!@
1) Everything looks normal after game/round is complete. - The "round will began in XX Seconds", etc...
2) But, no continue tab shows up in the lower right hand corner.
When timer completes and the next round is ready to start, there is no continue tab to click on. It goes straight to the black screen with loading wheel.
This started happening to me right after the BF4 Alpha was finished.
The following may all be speculation, but before I could play the BF4 Alpha I had to upgrade my GPU (GeForce 960) driver. When the Alpha was complete I went back to playing BF!, and noticed that many of my graphic settings had changed. Also, I was getting the problem that many were getting with the game not syncing with the cloud. I does appear (as of the last update) that the sync issue was corrected.
Like I said, don't know if this will help, or not, but I hadn't seen some of the issues I mention above and thought it might help.
