Ordering/Payment error

I was attempting to buy a downloadable version of BF3 from origin, when it gave me the error message ,"Sorry, but you do not meet the requirements to purchase 1 or more items in your shopping cart." I checked all my imformation and that I had everything filled out correctly. It still gave me the error message. I then tried to purchase it with Pay Pal, and it gave me the same error. Plz let me know what if anything there is I can do to avoid this problem. Thank you

Also, I believe my account says that i am 17 so I dont know if that is a factor.
