Origin Account - Hacked - Password changed then email address changed.

Pretty much as the subject states. My origin account was 'hacked' I had a password change email, followed two days later by an email address change email on the 15th of November. I am now unable to...

Why all the users must be follow this hard procedure ? Why exist so much hacked accounts ? Your security have big problem.  Its so hard for EA to send a confirmation link with e-mail when we want to change our mail in to another, or our security codes ? Do something about this please. I still not have order BF4 because of your security.
