Origin account was hacked.

Subject says it all, I followed the directions I found on ea.help.com and created a second account, only to find out that I have to call to EA during office hours. As being a truck driver I unfortunatly do not have the time to do so.

I tried the "reset password" option but it isn't working, does that mean the hacker somehow changed the e-mail address of my account?

I was hoping I could get the help I need from an EA employee or "game advisor" through this channel rather then over the phone.

If you have the time, you could try "Live Chat"

I had to wait over an hour for someone to "chat" with..

I have been hacked, where they change the email address, twice now in two days. This is getting old Origin/EA! Please fix this issue!

Where can I find Live chat? I'll give it a try.

Well that was unfruitful... I've just talked to a game advisor in live chat and he couldn't help me because I couldn't remember the answer to my secret question.

He gave me a case number and directed me to the "specialized team" which basicly means i'll have to call anyway. So people just expect I can afford to ask my boss for a day off so I can get my origin account back?

It seems giving a correct origin ID + e-mail address + gamekey + first and last name isn't enough to verify the account is actually mine...
