Origin banned system issue , I got banned without do anything

Hello!
So, what could've happened is that since your steam account got hacked, and you filled a complain to steam, EA presumed you were a hacker probably... Contact EA threw email and I'm sure they'll figure it out with you :D

Have you tried updating the Punkbuster Software for each and every game that is running it?

You can find thorough tutorials on YouTube, on how to update the Punkbuster Software.

Unless your accounts really has been hacked and tampered with, i can't see any other solution to this except help from EA or if there's a severe problem going on with your currently installed Punkbuster Software, however i strongly doubt this.

What is the specific error you are receiving?  It could be one that is caused by Punkbuster not being updated.  Please copy and paste it into your response.

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

If your feed / profile photo / Presentation is "Hidden By The Battlelog Administrators" You can post in the following thread to request it to be unhidden. Please remove anything that may violate the terms and service before posting as it will just remain hidden for a tos violation.Please see this link...

In the Body of your email, please include the following information:
- Information of the situation
- First and last name
- Game/Product name
- Persona's name
- Where your game or product was purchased
- Banned or Suspended
- Error/Notification Message received (if any)
- Details of your dispute

Please Note: It does take time for a ban appeal to go though some longer then others. Do not spam them with emails state your case one time. Then let them contact you back once they have made a decision on your ban.

For anyone who got this on Battlelog..."You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services". Then please do this...
