Origin crashes on end user license agreement

I recently bought Battlefield 3 Premium on PC. I downloaded Origin, when it got up to the End User License Agreement it froze and then said that 'Origin had stopped working.' I then tried a manual uninstall, but this didn't work and it still freezes. Does anyone know a solution because I really want to play Battlefield 3. Thanks.
