Could you please tell us what your exact error was and have you installed the latest Origin version from our website? You should make sure that you run the Origin.exe as administrator and that the .exe is added to the whitelist of your firewall as some firewalls block even while manually disabled.

I have installed the latest version of Origin and I have also whitelisted the exe. I have even tried to run it as administrator but the same thing happened.
"Unable to submit your report" "Please check your Internet connection and try again". My Internet connection is fine so i really dont know what the problem is. I have tried to send this error report a couple of months ago and it still does not work even today. I get the feeling that these problems keep happening to me because I am a Croatian or just because of my bad luck that never seems to end.

I have the same problem and I am also from Croatia 🙂
My firewall have an exception for Origin.exe and Origin error reporter.
Origin app also in not working and I tried number of solutions. It says that online login is currently unavailable.

So I`m guessing that there is no solution for us. Well that`s a bummer since I had a problem that I was hoping be able to report.

I found out what was the problem. When I turned off Kaspersky internet security then I could login to Origin and also send error report. Try turning off your antivirus. Then if there's the problem try to rearrange it 😉
