Origin error syncing cloud storage data
Hi,
Since today I get everytime when I try to open Apex Legends the message, error syncing cloud storage data. How am I able to fix this? Tried to unselect the checkbox and select it again. Also turned it off in the application settings. After that I received a message with not synced are you willing to use the cloud and sync to local or use local and sync to cloud. But after I did that I receive the error syncing cloud storage data again.
How to fix this problem?
Thank you for letting us know about this. We're looking into it and EA Help recently tweeted this out:
"We're working on a few different Origin issues at the moment for cloud saves and syncing in addition to the friends issue we posted about earlier. We'll keep posting updates here as we have them."
