Origin is refusing to connect to the internet

Hi, I've been trying for days to get Origin online, I've re-installed it about 12 times, I've even reformatted my PC running windows 8 and still it won't go online. I can't play any game I want to ...

Something is blocking Origin from accesing Internet. 

Disable your Windows Firewall, anti-virus programs.

-Also disable the UpNp and SSDP in Services (type in search Services) and on your router.
